What is a USB temperature logger?

After the data recording is completed, plug the device into the USB port of the computer without installing any software or drivers, and the logger will automatically generate a temperature report in PDF format.

How to use the USB temperature logger

Start the logger

1. Before it is turned on successfully, tap the START button, the green indicator light is on, indicating that the device enters the standby state

2. Press and hold the START button for 5S until the green indicator flashes, indicating that the startup is successful;

3. The recorder will enter the pre-programmed delay recording state. During this period, press and hold the START button for 1-2 seconds and the green indicator will flash;

4. During the recording process after activation, the indicator light flashes once every 10S. The red indicator light flashes to indicate that the temperature exceeds the allowable range; the green indicator light flashes to indicate that the temperature is normal;

5. Tear off the barcode label and paste it on the record file. The serial number on the logger is the same as the barcode on the PDF report to ensure traceability.

The recipient stops the logger

1. Press and hold the START button for 5S until the red indicator light flashes several times to stop recording;

2. The recorder will no longer record and enter the stop mode. The indicator light will flash twice every 10S. The red indicator light flashes to indicate that the temperature exceeds the allowable range during the recording process, and the green indicator light flashes to indicate that the temperature is normal during the recording process.

Download PDF data files from the logger

1. Carefully tear the plastic bag to reveal the USB connector of the recorder;

2. Insert the recorder into the USB port of the computer, and the recorder will automatically generate a PDF data document;

3. When the folder pops up, double-click the PDF file to open and view the report;

4. Before disconnecting the recorder from the computer, please save the file or print it out.
